Due to COVID-19, we have been experiencing delays with our standard method of shipping, USPS. The listed shipping timelines are our goal, but during this period please allow additional time for transit and tracking updates. We are working hard to get your orders out as quickly and safely as possible!

We ship via USPS first class mail unless you upgrade to priority shipping. Orders generally take 14-21 business days to process and then an additional 3-5 days for domestic shipping once the US Post Office receives the actual package. Shipping addresses need to be entered correctly at checkout. We will not be responsible for shipments going to incorrect addresses. Please DOUBLE CHECK all shipping addresses before purchasing.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS  (Includes Canada & Mexico)

International orders will be shipped international post (mail) and may take up to 21 business days to arrive. International shipments may be held by your local Customs Authority for an additional 10-14 days depending on the customs laws in your country. Therefore, it is best to allow 4-8 weeks for delivery.  Unfortunately, at this time we are unable to provide tracking for international orders.

If an item is showing delivered per USPS tracking we do not resend items. 

We ship only to addresses provided at checkout, if the address is different and the package gets delivered to the address provided BABY by Lyssa Chapman will not be held responsible. If for any reason the package gets returned to us we will contact you with a new shipping listing, as we do not get refunded for incorrect shipping addresses or returned packages. 

Here at Baby by Lyssa Chapman we will gladly exchange unworn, unwashed or defective merchandise for an exchange within 15 days of the date of receipt. Please allow 2-3 weeks for your return to be received and processed. 

RETURNS REFUND
Credits will be applied to your account within 30 business days after we receive and process your return. 

Please note original shipping and handling costs are not refundable and you will be responsible for all costs associated with returning the original shipment. We recommend using a carrier that offers tracking and insurance. 

If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Anything purchased on our website with a sale price or a discount of 50% or more will be considered FINAL SALE. 

*This includes Black Friday and Cyber Monday sales. No exceptions. 

**Anything purchased from the holiday section will be considered FINAL SALE.     

BACK ORDERS

If you do not receive your item(s) within the above time frames, one or some of your items may have been back ordered, in which case we will ship the remainder of your order to you. We will notify you if any item cannot be shipped within 30 days and you will be given the option to cancel your order.
